Our founders: Two guys who want to make actual change
Fu-Gen was founded by energy experts Yaron Feingers and Lorenzo Lanteri, originally from Israel and Italy respectively. They both have solid experience from renewable energy project development and operation. Blåsmark wind farm on hold
The work on FuGen’s Blåsmark wind farm outside Piteå in northern Sweden has been temporarily put on hold, pending an agreement with the East Kikkejaur Sami village.
Alpiq and Fu-Gen enter into agreement for Swedish wind farm Tormoseröd
Lausanne – Alpiq and the Swiss company Future Generation Renewable Energy (“Fu-Gen”) have reached a co-ownership agreement for the Tormoseröd wind farm developed by Alpiq and located in Southwest Sweden. The wind farm is expected to be fully operative at the end of 2022 with an installed capacity of up to 72.6 Megawatts. It will be built and operated by Tormoseröd Vindpark AB led by Fu-Gen and Alpiq Ecopower AG (“AEP”), a subsidiary of Alpiq operating and implementing renewable energy projects in Europe.
Green light for a new wind farm in Northern Sweden
Swiss energy company Fu-Gen AG has partnered with British asset manager Abraxas Capital Management to construct a wind farm outside Skellefteå for a total investment of EUR 56 million.
Fu-Gen Renewables and Straits International complete acquisition of two operating wind farms in North Sweden, Kalix and Haparanda municipalities
Kalix Wind is Fu-gen's first investment in Sweden. Funding for the project was secured from a group of professional financial investors, benefiting from the expertise of both Fu-Gen Renewables and Straits International.
